Sponsor a City star
Glasgow City Football Club is looking for companies, or individuals, to sponsor the top players in the country and help them continue to set standards in women’s football.
It is a tough challenge for the club each season. It has to raise all its own finances to enable it to compete at the elite level and to continue to offer young players the opportunity to learn and improve under the stewardship of the clubs quality coaching staff.
For a fee of only £100, (just £3.50 per match), you could attach your name to one of City’s top players and proudly help the team achieve success this coming season in the European Women’s Cup and in their quest to retain the Scottish Premier League title.
For your £100 sponsorship, you will have your name attached to your chosen player on our club website for the entire season, with a link to your company website, if applicable, and have your name mentioned as the player sponsor in every match programme in the 2008/09 season.
Manager Peter Caulfield said, “We desperately need financial help to continue our success while developing a new generation of young players. With two Premier League titles and two Scottish Cups to our name, as well as competing in the 2008/09 European Women’s Cup, the club is geared for success and for such a reasonable amount are a sound investment for any company, or individual, who would like to be a part of our future achievements.”
