Reserves struggle at Vale of Clyde
Glasgow City Reserves struggled against Vale of Clyde yesterday, losing 3-1 at Fullerton Park.
With eight players out injured or unavailable, City were forced to field a team of only ten players and midfielder Steph Fraser was forced to take over responsibilities in goals, with the City keeper unable to attend the match. It was perhaps no great surprise therefore that the young City side struggled to gain any momentum in the match and failed to reach the level of performance that had pleased the coaching staff over the last few weeks.
On target for City was Lyndsey Anderson.
