McCrea Financial Services sponsor Glasgow City
Scottish sport received a welcomed boost today after McCrea Financial Services agreed to sponsor top women’s football team, Glasgow City and top male rugby team, Glasgow Warriors.
In the first of its kind, strong supporters of Scottish sport, McCrea Financial Services, have renewed their partnership with Glasgow Warriors and entered into a brand new partnership with Glasgow City FC.
McCrea Financial Services are based in Glasgow and provide independent professional expert advice on a wide range of financial matters.
Launching the partnership, Managing Director of McCrea Financial Services, Douglas McCrea said, “We are delighted to be able to offer support to two of the best sides in Glasgow and indeed Scotland. Glasgow City have dominated Scottish women’s football for some time and are going for their fourth record breaking Premier League title this week when they play Celtic on Sunday. I hope our new partnership provides a welcome boost for this big match and we wish them all the very best. They are by far the most elite team in the country and play at the highest level in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. The dedication of their players is phenomenal considering women’s football in this country is still an amateur sport and young international player’s Emma Fernon and Jane Ross who are here to launch the partnership are testament to this.
