Lucozade visits City
Glasgow City were visited by a member of the Lucozade Sports Science team last week, to run the team through its paces.
In the first of two planned visits, the City squad were tested with state of the art equipment on areas such as speed and agility.
Head Coach Eddie Wolecki commented, “We are striving to take Glasgow City forward as best we possibly can and the help of Sports Scientists is essential in allowing us to do this. Small things can make all the difference and we are ensuring that across the board we are fully prepared in all areas. Access to help from experts from Lucozade is outstanding as without them we would not be able to utilise some of the latest sports science techniques and expertise.”
