Laura McGill sponsors Jo Love
Glasgow City are thrilled to announce Laura McGill as the main player sponsor of Jo Love for 2014.
One of City’s top supporters, Laura follows the team to every match at home and abroad and the club are delighted to have her continued support for the forthcoming season.
Laura said, “It is a pleasure to be able to sponsor the gracious and talented Jo Love, and support both her and the club in the coming year.”
Club Manager, Laura Montgomery also commented on Laura’s sponsorship. She said, “It is quite overwhelming at times the generosity of our support. We have a number of fans who back us literally across the globe and it is great for the girls to see the support Laura and a number of our fans bring. She came all the way to Holland for all of our Champions League qualifying matches and then came to every knock-out match. This is above and beyond her travels to follow us at home and it means an awful lot to the club to have such incredible support. Laura has sponsored the club already with match sponsorship and generosity in many other ways, but to have her sponsorship of Jo for the whole of 2014 will be a massive help to both Jo and the club.”
Jo Love is a pivotal player for both Glasgow City and Scotland and is the third most capped national team player of all time with an incredible 138 caps at only 28 years of age.
