City are shortlisted for Glasgow Team of the Year 2011
Glasgow City are proud to announce that they have been shortlisted for Glasgow Team of the Year at the Glasgow Sports Person of the Year Awards this Thursday at Glasgow City Chambers.
Winners of this prestigious award back in 2008, City are very honoured to be nominated again in a category which includes every team at every sport at every level – amateur or professional.
Club Manager Laura Montgomery and Chairperson Carol Anne Stewart will represent Glasgow City on the night, with the First Team and Coaching staff unable to also attend due to their daily training commitments.
Amongst other awards on the night, will be the Sports Person of the Year Award, with Andy Murray favourite to lift the coveted prize for outstanding performance in 2011.
