Emma Fernon in 'Here Come the Girls' 
Collins Education have recently published 'Here Come the Girls' and Glasgow City are delighted that it features our very own Emma Fernon.
Glasgow City and Scotland defender is one of a number of players spoken about in the book, which is aimed at struggling readers to help them learn more about the growth of the women and girls game.
The back page makes it simple - 29 million women and girls play football across the world, but it wasn't always this way. The book shows how the sport has grown from the first women's game in the 1880's through to the FA ban in 1921 to the Leagues of today.
'Here Comes the Girls' is the Collins Education Book of the Month for March.
