City stars in Scotland squads
Glasgow City have six players selected for the upcoming A squad international friendlies and four players selected for the Scotland Under 19 European Championship Second Round Qualifiers.
Rachel Corsie, Emma Fernon, Jane Ross, Leanne Ross, Christie Murray and Jo Love have all been selected for Scotland’s away match to the Netherlands this Sunday as well as the closed door home match against the World’s number one ranked side – the USA.
Lisa Evans, Eilish McSorley, Emma Mitchell and Lauren McMurchie have all been chosen for the Scotland Under 19 squad crucial Second Round UEFA European Championship Qualifiers against Austria, Spain and Poland.
The young Scots will play their three group games in Austria between 31 March and 5 April, after topping their group in the first qualifying round with wins over Slovakia and Sweden and a draw with Serbia.
