City stars in Scotland squad
Five Glasgow City players are in Anna Signuel's squad for tomorrow's international challenge match against Northern Ireland.
Defenders Rachel Corsie and Emma Fernon are joined by midfielders Megan Sneddon and Leanne Ross and City forward Jane Ross, in the squad to face Northern Ireland at Dumbarton's Strathclyde Homes Stadium.
The friendly forms part of Scotland’s build up to the World Cup Qualifying matches against Bulgaria and Denmark next month. Anna Signuel’s side have started the qualifying campaign in excellent form with four wins out of four, and will use the match against Northern Ireland to maintain their momentum.
Tomorrow’s match is the first ever women’s international at the stadium. Kick off is 2pm. Tickets on the gate: Adult £5, child/concession £2.
