City stars help Scotland to victory
Glasgow City players Emma Fernon, Rachel Corsie, Megan Sneddon, Leanne Ross and Jane Ross, were all part of the Scotland squad which defeated Greece 4-1 on Saturday in Scotland's penultimate World Cup qualifier.
Despite going behind in the opening minutes to a Greece penalty, Scotland recovered well and goals from Jenny Beattie, Julie Fleeting, Rachel Corsie and Suzanne Grant, ensured a comfortable win for Scotland in the end.
It was a particularly good day for City's Megan Sneddon as she was also presented with her 75th Cap, which she won against Poland in Scotland's previous international in July.
