Nuffield Health Giffnock boasts one of the finest fitness and wellbeing centres in the City and we are proud to announce that they have signed up to offer their support to 3 talented local players – City stars Denise O’Sullivan, Ella Stephan and Julie Nelson.
With a full size strength and conditioning gym, cardiovascular area, fitness and health classes, not to mention swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, our girls are thoroughly enjoying the facilities at Nuffield Health Giffnock. As well as recovering in the pool and carrying out their strength and conditioning sessions, the girls have also taken advantage of the numerous classes available and frequent both yoga and pilates to improve their flexibility and core.
Commenting on the partnership with Glasgow City, Sales and Marketing Manager Dario Franchi said, “It has been great to see Ella, Denise and Julie training hard on a daily basis and setting the high standard in women’s football.
